It's been a great journey so far. August is definitely the month of me shutting myself off a little bit. While lying in bed during my serious illness in the past few weeks, I've realized how important the life is and how I love life. So apart from living it to the fullest, I also want to make a difference to learn and improve to be a better person. Apart from that. Thank you for over 50K views on TKE Insider!

I have no projects running this month at all. So I'm taking this opportunity for some self-analysis with some learning and I'm going to lay down for a bit. I'll be back!

I've been sleeping in bed for days with the skin infections on my body, need some rest but I've got fucking bored so I'm here writing something that I supposed to write few days ago, so it's a little bit of delay here. I don't want you to see the picture of the skin as it scared me and I think it would be really bad if I'm showing it on the Internet. But no worries, I will get recovered soon!

It's my honour to get chosen to give the presentation for Nyan Dance competition on behalf of Deculture.es - the contest site will be launched on July 31 and it's open worldwide, so if you love to dance and would like to win an Xbox 360 and some money to spend on Kurogami.com, you should definitely check this out. Please visit www.nyandance.com for more information. Thanks to @ManuTV for exploring me via Shuffle Friday, and @Kaman_Fong to join me in the video.

Apart from that, my first ever application (iPhone app - also compatible on iPad and iPod Touch) has been submitted for approval. Chinspectacular rated as 12+ and it's going to be available in 4 weeks time on App Store. Get the first look on this iPhone app from this video. A reminder, please do not put the money in your mouth like I did in the video, that's how I got my skin infection I believe so please don't be silly to take such a challenge. A big shout out to @klfrancis21 for making this app.

I've been featured on Get A Life Podcast - Episode 21: Chinisode last week talking about myself and the recent TECMO KOEI game releases. Thanks to @GetALifePodcast for this and thank you for over 500 downloads on iTunes in just 2 days. The YouTube version is available now!

I hope to get recovered soon so I can learn and produce more stuffs for you guys! Remember to stay good and healthy, and to end this update, I would say "Let yesterday be a lesson for the better tomorrow."

I'm back now from the holidays back home. Thanks to my family and friends for the great times. My mother's operation went well and hope she gets fully recovered soon. When I was back home, I've met my old friends (close ones of course) and they're really supportive and encouraging me (as well as my family) - they want me to stay as who I am and what I want to be.

I think one of the difficulties I had in the past is the environment wasn't that encouraging back home because there's no one that could prove that you could do certain things without some negative thoughts. It's still happening in the environment back home (in Asia) - most people, they always think of the negative things that would happen on everything they wanted and wished to make. That's why my friends encouraged me to come back to England to do what I'm currently doing.

I was with my mother for 2 weeks. I had mixed feelings when leaving her back home while flying back to UK. But I've made a deal with myself to never go back home with disappointment every time I see her. It's Mothers' Day yesterday. I've called her and it's good to hear my niece has bought her a cake to celebrate. I miss her...

Also, more CHINSPECTACULAR series have been made. Feel free to watch them, and of course, I hope you enjoy watching them. I'm going to be really busy with my work, projects and expos. I'll be surely back to keep you guys updated on the cool stuffs I've been involving. Peace, one love!

Before I'm away for holidays until May. Here's a little update! It's just something that came in my head few days ago. It's like most of the time, when I posted any picture on the interesting places I've been, a lot of my friends wish to be with me. So now, I'll be taking my camera with me so you get to play the role as my camera to travel and experience some cool places I'm going. I'm not considering to have a shower scene, though.

So what has come to my mind is the CHINSPECTACULAR, which is the combination of Chin (my name) + Inspector (my username) + Spectacles (my signature) - just how f*cking amazing is this!! However, this project is just for leisure in low budget and I'll be only making it when I have time. But still, I hope it's enjoyable to watch.

Can't wait to come back online and see you sexy people again! I'm so gonna lay off for a while from this online world, and hopefully, see you all very soon again! Stay healthy and eat some pork if you can. I might take some footage back home if there's a mood happening. Hopefully my parents aren't going to force me to get married again...

I'm Insp. Chin, real name is Chin Soon Sun, fortunate to one of the dotcom era child. Many of you might question of why inspector? To be honest with you, I do not have a clue. It's just something that came to my head - a short form like Dr., Jr., Lt., then why not an Insp.?

I'm based in UK (was born in Malaysia), working in the video game industry which I never thought it could actually happened in my life. It's just because when I was small, my parents were really against me playing video games and I've failed in almost all subjects in school. But when a kid faced many failures, he would either become better or worse next - and I'm glad that I've realized about my failure in time and wanted to make a change for myself, so I attended to the Computer Science course, received the scholarship, made it to UK's university and now I'm here working at Tecmo Koei. It's been quite a journey with ups and downs, but always remember that you don't have to stick with all the bad things that others said to you. If you know it's a right thing to do, then do it; if you aren't sure whether you're doing it right or wrong and can't find a solution, then you're allowed to make that mistakes and learn from it - and stay humble!

[L - aged 6, with my sister; R - aged 11, with my nephew]

When I was young, my environment wasn't that encouraging to actually let me having the "dare" to dream because my parents wanted me to be a better person in their own way (a doctor, a scientist), not my way of being who I wanted to be (a stylist, a designer) - I think the main reason for an Asian family is they want their children to look good among the others so you don't get looked down. Because of this, I've missed a lot of opportunities of what I wanted to do, and I wasn't from a wealthy family myself, that made me have absolute no guts to dream and continue. But with the first computer I've got back in the year of 2000, I spent a lot of my time learning how to make websites by self taught - Internet has become my interest. I still failed in school and most of my relatives weren't that supportive either because I was poor and useless.

There was full of discouragement going on that I had finally lost my direction of life until when I was 18 and decided to go to the college to learn something that I want, to do something that I'm good at. I've put a lot of effort into it and actually achieved something that I would never have the "dare" to dream - to reach to UK. Everything seems to be easier these days but if you think about this 10 years ago, to a very poor Asian family, it's almost unlikely to happen.

[L - aged 16, during my secondary school time; R - aged 19, during my college time]

So, I reached to UK. Everything's new to me and first thing I needed to learn is my English. Back in my time, our education back there wasn't that good. We had to speak Malay in schools, and for me I speak Chinese to my family and friends, so there's zero use on English. So learn to speak English well is my first goal when I reached to this English land. So I studied, and graduated, been through a lot of rejects and downfall, I've finally made it to here, started as an assistant, web designer, and now, the community manager.

[L - aged 24, with my Tecmo Koei cosplayers; R - aged 25, with voice actors: Tara Platt, Yuri Lowentha & Kyle Hebert]

Being a community manager, I've learned a lot from the people that I've known and that's why I love to stay connected and interact with people, so I can learn from everyone from their different ways of thinking. Not forget to mention, I always make mistakes, but the mistakes made me realize about the chances for a better improvement. Talking about myself, I'd love to make things simple to myself and my friends. I don't watch many movies, but my interest is actually watching the talkshow from inspired people, by picking up their helpful advice and applying into my life.

[L - aged 25, with the cosplay sensations; R - aged 26, with Tecmo Koei & Team Ninja]

There are a lot of people I'd like to thank in my life. I think without their support and love, things would never be possible. There are more than a hundred individuals I would love to say thanks with (you know who you are) - thanks again for the amazing journey and I can't wait to see what is next for my life! I think that's basically what you have to know about the "Inspector" as an introduction. But if you have any question you can always tweet @inspchin - I'm more than welcome to answer and connect with you - or maybe would do another update here when I get enough of content.

Bonjour and no jokes. It's inspchin.com finally, b*tches! This is a trial launch, which means you can expect more updates in the future, with what activities I'm involving in that particular period. By the way, I'm going to have a holiday break back home from April 20th until May 5th for family visit. I plan to stay away from the Internet as much as I can and spend more time with my family back home. It feels kind of weird to go back and sleep in the bed you slept since 7 years old until 5 years ago... But not to worry, I'll be back and I can't wait to show you more sections from this site when it's available!

For now, please enjoy this video, I'm still loving it. It was a great trip and I got to learn how to ski in the end without screaming "f*ck me" anymore. I miss my "Team Swiss" - Kaman, Jason, Mary, Jas and Joe, you guys are made of WIN!

Just realized that I went straight talking without any introduction (in case you don't know me yet) - I'm just a simple guy, living in a simple life. Well, that's not true, life is never easy, but I love to keep things simple and easy for all those around me. I will do a proper introduction in the next update on who I am and what I'm doing, be sure to check back! :)

DW7: Xtreme Legends – 3rd DLC Schedule (January 2012)
(January 4, 2012 @ 10:59 AM via Insp. Chin's Blog)
This is the schedule for the 3rd batch of Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends (PS3) DLC, coming to Europe on January 18, 2012 and North America a day earlier, which is January 17, 2012. This is my personal opinion – I think some of them are worth to purchase (especially the Fantasy Costume), but some of them aren’t (especially you have to pay for the wallpapers with such price *I wouldn’t*), it’s just what I think..
